i bought a chocolate fountain and want to do a test run on it before my daughter’s shower. i don’t want to waste the chocolate. can i use it in candy molds after running it through the fountain?
I don’t see any reason as to why you couldn’t use the melted chocolate in molds, however I do NOT believe that reusing the chocolate in the fountain is acceptable.
