I saw Hershey’s, russell stovers at the supermarket. What other brands are appropriate as a xmas gift when I visit my friend’s family?
Godiva is an excelllent chocolate… its amazingly good and extremly good in hot chocolate.
Im planning on giving my friends hot chocolate this christmas. Will they like it or will they not?
A couple packets of Swiss Miss in a brown paper bag would make a crappy gift, but some gourmet hot cocoa would be great. I suggest the peppermint shaved chocolate from Williams Sonoma. You can definitely taste the difference between powder and real chocolate shavings so, if you want to gift cocoa, try to get something on the higher end.
My gf has always said she loves those Chocolate raspberries cordials. I am planning to give her a box of those for Christmas….
Is that OK? Or chocolates are for Valentines Day ONLY???
p.s. we both agreed to keep the gifts simple and nothing fancy…so, don’t think I’m cheap for doing this!
Thanks
Yeah, that would be good. Chocolate is always good
you should get them from a candy store, like See’s or Gertrude Hawk though, not like at walgreens… heh …
Looking for a Birthday gift for my close friend’s Mom- she loves dark chocolate…Anyone know of a really good, REASONABLY priced, nice gourmet chocolate present I can order for her? The darker the better, and I’d really like it to be the best quality chocolate you can recommend…
Thank you!
just go buy a lot of dark Chocolate that’s obvious o and wrap it in a big boxe so she won’t tell
I am going to put them in a Valentine’s gift box. Should I wrap them in anything else before putting them in the box?
put them in cupcake papers so not to mess up everything…IF you are making them from scratch, don’t make them more than a day ahead of time..
Impress your loved ones with yummy homemade chocolate bark with nuts and dry fruits in it. Valentines Day is coming!

What about some delicious butter tablet? Or toffee.
