encourage gluttony, a sin, and if he/she thanks you generously and then gets "high" from eating more than enough, will you be solely responsible for that person sinning?

Chocolate’s really good and I ordered a basket full of chocolates – Ghirardelli and Godiva – for my step-mom as a Mother’s Day gift. Should I cancel the order and get her flowers, or a fruit basket instead? Or does a fruit basket encourage gluttony as well?

(I saw stupid questions like this and I don’t understand if they were serious or not, but how in the heck can a generous gift be considered as a sin? I’m asking this sarcastically but I would LOVE to hear what you Christians have to say.)

if you are really fealing generous you can order me one as well,i can eat the whole box non-stop.we love you all,the holy family.

Last Minute Christmas Gift: Home Made Chocolates

This is a video of me making some home made chocolates as a Christmas gift for my Aunt and Uncle.

The ingredients are:

2 x 375g bags dark chocolate melts
3 x 100g bags glacé cherries
sweet sherry

2 x 375g bags white chocolate melts
12 x large candy canes
1/2 lid peppermint essence

Sorry about my arm getting in the way sometimes. I have a tiny kitchen and it is hard to find a place to put my camera. Also, the sun went down while I was filming so it gets dark at the end. I’ll have to work out how to get my camera to film well while I’m inside.

I didn’t break it down by price because I usually have everything on hand anyway or I am in the mood to make several.
but you get the picture.

How to make the gift ….
Super Chocolate Cookies Mix
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup candy-coated chocolate pieces
1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cut unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1. Layer ingredients attractively in any order into 1 quart jar with a tight fitting lid. Pack the ingredients down slightly before adding another layer.
2. Cover top of jar with fabric; attach gift tap (recipe) with raffia or ribbon.
Makes one 1-quart jar.

2/3 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 jar Super Chocolate Cookie Mix (gift)
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Beat butter in large bowl until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla until blended. (Mixture may appear curdled).
Add cookie mix to butter mixture; stir until well blended.
3. Drop heaping tablespoonsfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 11 to 12 minutes or until set.
Let cookies stand on cookie sheet 2 minutes, remove to wire rack to cool.
Makes 2 dozen cookies
