Are you sure it wasn't a homemade gift? Last year I made peppermint bark and gave it as gifts in tins I bought at Walmart. I also included my own chocolate covered pretzels

By any chance do they still have the tin and is there any label on the bottom?

I’d check places like Macy’s Dept Store or Fannie Mae (you may have to go online for that).
