can anyone tell me how to prepare gourmet chocolate covered goodies for a new business?

i want to start a new business dipping treats like pretzels, apples, marshmallows, licorice, oroes etc? i also want to use a high quality chocolate but don’t know which one to use.

    Do your research first. Check out all aspects of the business first from health dept issues to the types of food and chocolate you will be using. You will also need to check into labeling your product which is something you HAVE to do in case of allergies, etc., and any kind of trade mark violations that you need to be aware of. Do your homework first and make sure you have all the facts before diving in.
