I am looking for a gourmet hot chocolate powder mix to serve at my cheesecake shoppe?

Also it would be nice if I could make it myself

Land o Lakes has packets that are different flavors that are my absolute favorite. I serve them at home around Christmas and cold weather and the Hazelnut and Carmel are all time favorites here. You should try them. There are about 8 or more different flavors. Would be good in a cheescake shoppe.

Here’s a basic recipe that I have used myself.

    Ingredients:
2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup Hershey’s cocoa
    1/2 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
    1 dash salt

    Directions:

In large mixing bowl sift all ingredients together for a smoother mix ; blend well. Store in tightly covered container.

Single serving: Combine 1/4 cup mix and 3/4 cup boiling water in cup or mug; stir to blend. Add marshmallows to hot cocoa, if desired.

In the winter I make peppermint cocoa by crushing about 3 regular peppermint candy canes and adding them to the mix.
Also you could add 3/4 tsp of cinnamon for cinnamon cocoa.
Add 3/4 tsp of allspice and cinnamon for a fall-themed cocoa.
