it’s a tangy cream …
it’s a tangy cream rich chocolate flavor. the darker the chocolate the darker the flavor. i hope you try them, they are delicious.

well thank you very much. I never thought about…well, sort of pouring the coating chocolate…I would always try to roll the truffle using a spoon with coating chocolate on it…Never again.If I have to temper, i will…it’s the rolling part that is a waste of time…never did drizzling or pouring come to my mind. thank you

actually, nope. I just melted it in the microwave until it was liquidy. they weren’t chips, but melted bakers chocolate. it doesn’t have the same crisp bite to it as tempered chocolate, but i just don’t have the patience!

I love your coating …
I love your coating process, along with the drizzle. I have to ask…did you temper the coating chocolate? I had heard that if you use chips, and bring them to…i think it’s 90 or 91 degrees, you can remove the tempering step. That is the only way I’ve coated mine, and it’s always an unpleasant experience. Never did I have the “super” liquid working state you achieved. I would love to know.
