What high quality milk chocolate should i use for chocolate truffles?

With Valentines Day coming up I want to make my boyfriend some chocolate truffles, he wants them to be milk chocolate which is fine. I have the recipe now i just need advice for the best kind of milk chocolate to use. Any ideas would be welcome thank you!

    Ghirardelli chocolate chips are of a quality above tollhouse and seem to be available at ordinary grocery stores.

    You could also buy high quality chocolate bars, such as lindt, and shave them with a knife.

    I would usually say ghiradelli or guittard but they don’t make any milk chocolates but a semi-sweet should be okay. If not hersheys i guess.

    I really like Sharffen Berger Chocolate. You can get it at Whole Foods Market.

    If you can get Bernard Callebaut where you live, that’s better than Scharffen Berger. Lindt is also great.
