Depends on the sauce and what you are calling ‘chocolates’

I’m assuming that you’re talking about chocolates, as in a chocolate bar or Hershey kiss type chocolate out of chocolate sauce for an ice-cream sundae.

This would definitely not be possible, because commercial chocolate sauce has emulsifier and stabilizers added to it to keep chocolate sauce in a sauce-form without it coagulating or forming a paste or hardening.

If the sauce was home-made with pieces of chocolate and cream and/or oil, it may be possible to increase the cocoa content in the chocolate and re-seed it so that it can re-crystalize and form hard pieces of chocolate again.

However, this would take a lot of guesswork and trial and error. The safest answer would be NO.

I’m afraid not. You could try freezing the chocolate sauce to get solid pieces, but it isn’t possible to make something that is liquid at room temperature suddenly become solid at room temperature without adding stuff.

If you want to make your own chocolate bars, you should go to the grocery store and buy chocolate chips (or baking chocolate) and do it that way. An even better bet would be to go to a candymaking store.
