The recipe includes a carton of double cream and if I can use milk chocolate do I not use the cream?

Ganache is just chocolate and cream. You can use any type of chocolate to make it!

I have tryed it, it does not come out very well, I think you need the fat of the cream, which there is alot less in the milk/.
