We like to make our own chocolate candies. We usually use the molds, melt the chocolate and pour it into the shapes, etc. We are looking for a recipe for chocolate, but we want a real creamy milk chocolate. Consider Dove or Hershey’s Symphony chocolate as a source.

I like to use real cream and real milk chocolate. That works best and is wonderful hot or cold.
