You can use what ever chocolate you want. They usually call for bittersweet chocolate, but I think it is too bitter. Milk chocolate, or even semisweet, will make it a little sweeter. I think it will taste better that way. References :
mmm idk but it sounds yummy!! but i’d use milk chocolate cuz i like it too. but if u dont wanna bake anything just go to your local domino’s and they have that exact thing there right now just saying cuz it might be a lot easier. References :

it’s okay but the cake will be too light in colour, lava cakes are dark and rich .
