		<description>Baking chocolate in squares is usually made by Baker&#039;s or Ghiradelli.  I like Ghiradelli or Gittard (sp?) chips the best too ... Hershey&#039;s and Nestle are cheaper brands, and not quite as good, but still quite useable (if that&#039;s all they have).  Dutch processed cocoa powder is the best.....&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
